Main film families
We sell film from stock in four main families: BOPP (clear, matt, white, pearl, metallised, flower), PE (clear, white and specialist), PET (clear, metallised, heat-seal) and CPP CAST. Each family comes in many gauges and widths, slit to size for your machine. Below is the full catalogue — and if you are not sure which film to choose, our technologist will match the material to the product and line.
BOPP — clear, matt, white, pearl, metallised, flower
The workhorse of flexible packaging: biaxially oriented polypropylene 15–40 μm, double-sided sealable, corona treatment min. 36 mN/m.
• Clear BOPP — a window on the product, HFFS/VFFS, confectionery;
• Matt BOPP — an elegant, soft matt for the premium shelf;
• White BOPP — full print opacity and strong brand identity;
• Pearl BOPP — warm premium gloss and a better light barrier;
• Metallised BOPP — oxygen, water-vapour and light barrier plus a metallic effect;
• Flower BOPP 40 μm — for floristry.
PE — clear, white and specialist
Polyethylene is the most versatile packaging film — flexible, excellent to seal and a natural fit for the polyolefin recycling stream.
• Clear PE — bags, collation packs, the sealing layer of laminates;
• White PE — full opacity, bags and printed collation packs;
• Specialist PE — mono-material PE/PE structures for PPWR requirements, barrier and anti-fog variants for fresh products. See also mono films.
PET — clear, metallised, heat-seal
• Clear PET — the purest optics and stiffness: windows, blisters, thermoforming;
• Metallised PET — a mirror effect and a high barrier to oxygen, water vapour and light;
• Heat-seal PET — a hermetic tray seal for dairy, meat and fish, also in a spot heat-seal lacquer variant — our EU-project technology (see the project);
• Twist PET — the classic for wrapping sweets.
CPP CAST — strong seal
Non-oriented, five-layer, double-sided sealable. High gloss and clarity, a water-vapour barrier, resistance to pasteurisation and sterilisation. The ideal inner layer of a laminate, twist films for confectionery, frozen food, an anti-fog variant for vegetables. See CPP CAST film.

• Barrier options — OTR/WVTR matched to the product, confirmed by tests in our laboratory (barrier packaging);
• EVOH — a high-barrier layer against oxygen and aromas;
• MarEco — mono-material structures PPWR-ready, recyclable in a single stream;
• Anti-fog — an anti-condensation coating: the product stays visible even in the chiller;
• Heat-seal — sealing layers and lacquers, including spot application.
Which film for which sector
There is no single best film — there is a film matched to the product. For food we select the barrier and a reliable seal (BOPP, CPP, PET), for chemicals and cosmetics resistance and looks, for pet food a barrier against grease and aroma, for industrial products mechanical strength. We advise on the material for the specific application — we do not sell a universal film, only a solution for your product and process. A 13,000-pallet warehouse and slitting to size cut the lead time to a minimum.
