Why CPP
As the inner layer of a laminate it delivers a seal that holds — even on fast lines and in hot-fill packing. High gloss and clarity show off the product while the water-vapour barrier protects it. Corona-treated for print, lamination, metallising and coating.
Applications
Pasteurisation and sterilisation, perforated packs and food pouches, fresh vegetables (anti-fog variant), twist films for confectionery, deep-freeze, textiles. Horizontal and vertical machines.
Variants and gauges
CPP CAST in gauges matched to the laminate structure and the sealing method: clear, matt, white and metallised versions, corona-treated on one side for print and lamination or untreated. As the inner layer it gives a reliable, tight seal — including on fast lines and in hot-fill.
Parameters we hold
High gloss and clarity display the product, the water-vapour barrier protects it, and low flammability with high impact strength make it easy to run on the line. Corona-treated for print, lamination, metallising and coating. CPP is also recyclable in the PP stream.
