About the product
We manufacture high-barrier laminates for flexible film packaging designed to genuinely protect the product — not just to look good. In practice, packaging quality comes down to a tight structure, stable parameters across repeatable production runs and whether the material passes through packing lines without trouble. For your production, that means no crises, no complaints and no last-minute rescue operations mid-shift.

For meat, cold cuts, cheese and fish
High-barrier laminates are our answer to the demands of fresh and chilled protein foods: meat, cold cuts, cheese, fish and seafood, and ready meals. Modified atmosphere (MAP) and vacuum packaging extends freshness, limits leakage and keeps the product looking good throughout its shelf life. We match the structure — PET, OPA, PA/PE, with or without an EVOH layer — to the oxygen and water-vapour barrier required, and confirm the result with OTR testing in our own laboratory. These are different applications from anti-fog films for vegetables and salads: here the key is a tight, high barrier, not the dispersal of condensation.

Process stability and batch repeatability as real value for the buyer
At the quotation stage, the conversation often turns to price and lead time. In mature organisations, however, what really matters is predictable supply, consistent print and lamination quality, and the certainty that the packaging will run on the machines with no surprises. These are precisely the factors that minimise risk and protect production from downtime when a material fails to seal or behaves differently from the previous batch.

High-barrier laminates matched to the product, the conditions and the packing method
We design each laminate individually — to suit the specific product, its sensitivity and its storage and distribution conditions. A product where oxygen and aroma retention are critical needs different protection from one where moisture or odour migration is the problem. The packing method matters just as much: manual or automated. On automatic lines, the seal window, repeatable material feed and structural behaviour at specific speeds all count — and they translate directly into the amount of waste and the stability of the process.
Integrated production: printing and lamination under one quality control
Before moving to a larger order, we approach the launch in a way that genuinely reduces the risk on your side, because we know that in purchasing and on the production floor there is no room for 'let's try it and see'. That is why we start with samples or a short trial run that you can test on your own line under normal working conditions, to confirm material feed, the seal window, parameter repeatability and how the packaging behaves in storage and transport. Only once everything works to your requirements do we move to series production, giving you the certainty that subsequent deliveries will be stable, with the risk of downtime, waste and complaints kept to a minimum.
