Flexographic surface, inter-layer and reverse printing — including on film supplied by the customer. Pantone and process colours, batch-to-batch repeatability, colour control during the run.
Lamination
Bonding film layers with solvent-free adhesives, in-line (during printing) or off-line. Clear, matt, gloss and metallised films. Every batch is checked for evenness and freedom from bubbles.
Slitting
Trimming reels to the exact width for your machine — inline or offline, with cut-precision control. Also for customer-supplied material.
Macro-perforation
Hot perforation of film up to 1000 mm wide — practically any film type. Packaging that breathes: bread, vegetables, flowers, clothing, industrial parts. We match the perforation parameters to the product.
