An on-site laboratory
Raw-material analysis (inks, substrates, adhesives), strength tests under light, humidity and temperature, colour and colour-fastness analysis, detail-sharpness assessment under the microscope, machine-parameter monitoring, print-durability tests for long-stored packaging. We measure seal strength (heat-seal) on a Brugger tester, tensile and tear strength and resistance to bending and creasing — the things that really decide whether a pack survives the line, transport and warehouse.

Certificates that open doors
BRC Packaging Materials with the top AA+ grade (since 2019, V6 recertification in 2020), AIB International with access to the US market, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. For suppliers to retail chains these are not paperwork — they are the price of entry.
Food-contact testing
In EU research projects we tested and deployed printed mono-film and laminates for direct food contact — with full migration testing. That work runs today in the MarEco line: mono-material PP and PE structures that pass retail audits and fit PPWR requirements. The future is mono-materials — and we already make it.

Colour control and repeatability
Colour is the most common reason for complaints — so we work to a standard and measure colour (ΔE), not by eye. Before production you approve a certified proof to ISO 12647-2; in print we watch registration and optical densities, and a Pantone colour library makes successive batches and reruns look the same. For brands with several variants this is the condition for a consistent shelf.

R&D department
We develop new material types: mono-laminates, active and antibacterial packaging, heat-seal PET packs. Over PLN 52 million in EU-funded project value — research, implementation and environmental.

Machine park and ongoing investment
Quality starts with the machines. We print flexographically on modern central-drum (CI) flexo printing machines, laminate with solvent-free adhesives and slit on our own rewinders, and we continually expand the machine park — also within EU-funded projects. Newer machines mean a more stable process, higher repeatability and shorter make-readies, which translates directly into the quality of your packaging and on-time delivery.
