What data and for what purpose

We process the data you give us yourself — when contacting us by e-mail or phone or requesting a quote: your name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of your enquiry. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry on our business relationship.

Legal basis and retention period

We process the data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest — handling correspondence and business contact). We retain it for the duration of our correspondence and cooperation, and thereafter until the limitation periods for any claims have expired.

Data recipients

Your data may be entrusted to entities that support us technically and organisationally — hosting and e-mail providers, software providers. We do not sell data or share it beyond this cooperation.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. Providing your data is voluntary but necessary for us to respond to your enquiry. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
