Finished printed film packaging

Printed film packaging built around your product and your machine: flow-pack F1–F3, flat bags P1–P16, bags with a decorative wide seal S1–S4 and doypacks — for hand packing, semi-automatic machines and high-speed HFFS/VFFS lines.

Printed film packaging — full conversion for your product and line

We produce finished printed film packaging: from the simplest flat bag, through flow-pack for full automation, to doypacks that stand on the shelf. We engineer every film pack around three things at once — protecting the product, selling it through the artwork and running trouble-free on your packing line. We match the construction, the material (BOPP, PE, PET, CPP and multi-layer laminates) and the finish, while full-colour flexographic print with consistent Pantone colours builds a coherent brand look across the whole run. Not sure which construction to choose? Send us the product, the dimensions and how you pack it — our technologist will match the solution to your process.

Flow-pack: F1, F2, F3 — constructions for HFFS and VFFS

The flow-pack pillow bag is the fastest-running film pack for full automation. We offer three construction variants matched to machine and product:

F1 — a bag with no gussets, a 1.5 cm bottom seal and a centre back seal: versatile and the fastest to pack, ideal for horizontal HFFS lines.
F2 — with side gussets: greater volume and a stable, 'standing' block on the shelf, good for free-flowing products and heavier weights.
F3 — with an offset back seal: for special applications, e.g. cut pasta and oddly shaped products.

We match the material (clear, pearlised, matt or metallised) and the seal window to the speed of your line — horizontal (HFFS) and vertical (VFFS).

Flat bags (P1–P16)

A conversion classic — flat bags in a dozen or so constructions and finishes. The most popular variants:

P1 — plain flat bag with a side seal, for hand packing and semi-automatic machines.
P2 — with a non-adhesive flap, repeated access to the product.
P3 — with an adhesive flap, closed after filling.
P4 — with a reinforced euro-hole, hanging display.
P5 — with vent holes for products that need to 'breathe'.
P6 — with a decorative 8 mm seal, rigidity and a premium look.
P7 — with full-colour print (branding and information on the product).
P8 — plain, clear or in the material's own colour, unprinted.
P9 — BOPP (high gloss, rigidity), P10 — PE (flexible, easy to seal), P11 — laminate (barrier and strength).
P12–P16 — derivative variants (combinations of flap, hanger, vent holes and material) plus a bag in any size — length, width and height to suit your product format.

Bags with a decorative wide seal (S1–S4)

A decorative 8 mm wide seal stiffens the bag and gives it a premium look on the display hook. Variants S1–S4 differ in their hanger and closure construction — all in any size, with or without full-colour flexographic print. It's a strong shelf alternative to the standard flat bag wherever the film pack needs to look premium.

Doypack — a stand-up pack with shelf presence

The doypack is a standing film pack with a stand-up base and a large area for artwork — it comes into its own where display and user convenience matter. We can add a zip closure (reclosable), a degassing valve (coffee, freshly packed products) and a product window. You'll find the full stand-up pouch range on the doypack packaging page.

Formats, dimensions and finishes

We make every film pack in any length, width and height — to suit your product format and packing line. Available finishes:

side seal — the basic, fastest conversion;
flap with or without adhesive — closed after filling or repeated access;
reinforced euro-hole — hanging display;
vent holes — air release for products that need to 'breathe';
decorative 8 mm seal — rigidity and a premium look on the shelf;
easy-open perforation and tear notches.

We choose the finish so it doesn't interfere with automatic packing and supports a reliable, repeatable seal.

Materials and print

We build film packaging from materials matched to the barrier and the packing method: BOPP (clear, matt, white, pearlised, metallised), PE, PET and CPP, plus two- and three-layer laminates where a higher barrier and strength are needed. For the PPWR direction we offer mono-material structures MarEco MONO PP/PE, recyclable in a single stream. You'll find the full materials catalogue in the films section. Full-colour flexographic print with consistent Pantone colours and in-line colour control keeps the brand look consistent from batch to batch.

Matched to your machine

A pack that looks great but won't run is useless — so we match the construction and material to your specific machine. On horizontal (HFFS) and vertical (VFFS) machines what counts is the seal window, repeatable material tracking and how the construction behaves at target speeds; this feeds straight into waste levels and process stability. Before we commit to the run, we supply samples or a short test batch to check on your line under normal operating conditions — we confirm tracking, sealing and repeatability, and only then move into series production.

Sectors

We make printed film packaging for food (pasta, dry goods, confectionery, frozen food, bakery, snacks), household chemicals, horticulture, construction and textiles, and industrial products. In every sector the pack has two jobs: to protect the product and to sell it through the artwork on the shelf.

Frequently asked questions

Do you make packaging in non-standard sizes?
Yes — we match length, width and height to the product format and packing line, including special shapes.

What materials do you make film packaging from?
From BOPP, PE, PET and CPP, and multi-layer laminates; for the PPWR direction we offer MarEco mono-materials.

Will you print full colour and a logo?
Yes — full-colour flexographic print with consistent Pantone colours and in-line colour control.

Will the pack fit my machine?
We match the construction to your machine (HFFS/VFFS) or to hand packing, and before the run we supply samples or a test batch to check on your line.

I don't know which construction to choose.
Send us the product, the dimensions and how you pack it — we'll match the construction, material and finish to your process.
