Frozen vegetables
Vegetable mixes, peas, sweetcorn, beans and spinach are most often packed in a flat flow-pack on high-speed VFFS lines. Vivid, colourful print sells the product off the shelf, while a low-temperature-resistant laminate holds its seal and won't crack as frozen vegetables pour in. Windowed versions show the contents, full-colour ones build the brand — and we match the barrier and the free-flow to the specific product.

Frozen dumplings and ready meals
Dumplings, noodles, cabbage rolls, bakes and ready meals are heavier, often sharp-edged contents — so we go for reinforced PET/BOPP/PE laminates that resist puncturing and drops, with a reliable seal that holds even after freezing. We combine appetising, precise print (a photo of the dish, description, nutritional values) with a flow-pack or doypack construction for both hand and automatic packing.

Ice cream and frozen desserts
Ice cream, ice-cream bars, desserts and frozen bakery need deep freezing and a barrier against moisture and freezer burn. We make bar wrappers, lidding laminates and box laminates, and films for collation packing — with premium print (matt, gloss, metallic) that brings out the character of the dessert. The material stays flexible at very low temperatures, so the pack won't become brittle during packing or on display in the freezer cabinet.

Resistance at low temperatures
Frost stiffens film and raises the risk of the seal cracking and of puncturing by the product's sharp edges. We select CPP and low-temperature-resistant laminates that stay flexible and sealed even at -18 °C — the pack won't crack during packing, transport or handling in the cold store.
Strength and barrier
For heavier and sharp-edged contents (frozen vegetables, fruit, fish, dumplings) we use reinforced PET/BOPP/PE and PET/PE structures with high resistance to puncturing and drops. Where longer shelf life and protection against moisture loss or freezer burn matter, we add a barrier (EVOH, metallisation) and modified atmosphere or vacuum packing.
Stable running on the line and recycling
Frozen food is usually packed fast and automatically (VFFS/HFFS), so we keep a close eye on the seal window, hot tack and batch repeatability — so the line doesn't stop at a reel change. We also offer mono-material MarEco structures (PP/PP, PE/PE) for frozen food that needs to be recyclable without losing strength in the freezer.
